I've spent over 20 years untangling messy books for Canadian small businesses, nonprofits, and corporations. Most of my clients come to me after they've fallen behind, sometimes by months, sometimes by years, and they're scared to open their own books or terrified of a CRA audit. I fix that.

My specialty is bookkeeping cleanup and reconstruction. I take chaotic, incomplete, or years-out-of-date books and rebuild them into something accurate and current. I also prepare books specifically for CRA audits, so my clients walk into a review prepared instead of panicked. I work regularly with multi-entity bookkeeping for business owners who run more than one company or operate across related corporations, and I handle the kind of complexity that single-entity bookkeepers often can't.

I work fully virtually with clients across Canada, in industries including small business and retail, e-commerce, trades and construction, professional services, and nonprofits. My day-to-day work includes full-cycle bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, GST/HST filing support, and ongoing monthly bookkeeping, all built on Xero, where I'm a certified partner, and QuickBooks Online, where I hold my Advanced Certification. I'm currently working toward my Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation as well.
