I am a finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience leading financial operations across multi-entity organizations. I currently serve as CFO of Tennessee Container Services, a family-owned drum and tote reconditioning business, where I oversee the full accounting cycle, multi-state payroll, compliance, and financial strategy. I also run Lynch Accounting LLC, providing outsourced accounting and payroll services to small businesses.

I am completing my CPA this summer and pursuing my CPP certification. My expertise spans full-cycle accounting, multi-state payroll operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and payroll system implementations. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Martin Methodist College.

Outside of work, I coach the varsity golf team at Wayne County High School and am active in my church and community in Waynesboro, Tennessee.
